will focus on the caloric deficit. I don't believe RDI alone is doing the job.
caloric deficit = 4 days over by 3701. With 18 days left in December. Average = 205 under/day.
with normal average of 600/day, should get there in a week. After that it is ALL GAINS. #focus
(10 days @ 600 cal = 6000 under for the month #hopeful)

Set new RDI of 2100 from 2400.

these numbers are all wrong now, with new RDI. i will leave it a few days and calculate how to make up for the start of the month.... #slow-month
