Hammertone's Journal, 13 December 2015

A couple of breakouts for no good reason and up the weight shoots again. I'm feeling pretty annoyed with myself and am wanting to go on an eating rampage all at the same time.

I pulled up lame about five minutes into the gym today, which has not helped my mood, as Sunday is normally my hardcore workout day and time for serious drumming practice, both of which require a set of working knees!

Spending the day sitting does not rock my world. My traditional response would be to eat myself silly for the rest of the day, so I'm going to have to find some effective distractions away from the kitchen.
179.5 lb Lost so far: 23.4 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
