I've been looking on the internet again, and it looks like I celebrated too soon. In fact top of healthy weight range for my height on most charts is more like 150lbs, so I've changed my goal from 156 to 150lbs. But it's only a number. I'm still happy with the weight I've lost, the energy I've found, and the recent measurements!

You know, there's something to be said for making "tiered" goals, and I think sometimes it's easier on us to do it that way, you know? All the positive feelings you have now help propel you forward!

As you should be, Heidi! You have put a lot of work in and you are doing great. Most people NEVER/rarely fit the weight and height chart's.
