Still haven't been able to cut my carbs down, due to a medical issue. I am seeing the doctor tomorrow, and hopefully will be able to catch up to you all and get into ketosis.

That's the exact same situation I'm in. I think because of my GI issues it will awhile before I will be cleared. Keto works wonders for a lot of people...I hope this works out for you!

Stay on the path...it's difficult when things don't go on the timeline we defined for them but the truth is it will happen when it's best for it to happen :D
Both Kathie and Shape hang in there and don't get too hard on yourselves...it is what it is and it's only a microscopic part of each of you!
