Ok recovered from stomach ulcer, I can do house chores again now and light exercising. That means I also can go on a diet :D
Goal will be to lose small 1-2 lbs a week. If I lose more than that will be a bonus.
218.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
