Hi everyone! It certainly has been a long time since I have been here. I did gain 4 + pounds but could have been much worse so I won't complain, I am ready to lose more to get to my goal.
170.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 50.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

So my crunch challenge is starting to motivate me to do more. I had plans to do as much as I could of an exercise DVD I have but screwed up my other laptop trying to get it to play and even have myself locked out of it too. Plus, the other computer I am using now has no DVD player so now need to find something else to do...inside. Whatever I do I am going to take it easy here at first so I don't re-injure old injuries. The first few days are always the hardest part for me. Hope everyone is doing their crunches and getting plenty of fresh cold water. :)
