Didn't have my usual morning shake. Had to get ready to go to my children's Thanksgiving Luncheon at their school. Ate some turkey, stuffing, green beans, roasted sweet and regular potatoes, and a little bit of "snowball salad" and "pumpkin pie". Guess I need to watch my food intake for dinner today. Have not been sleeping well either. I feel really tired, and I'm lacking motivation to work out. Let's see how much of a workout I can manage today. I sure hope I can get at least 15 minutes done without quitting. I'm so so tired. I'm wondering if I should try that Advocare "Spark" people keep talking about. Or that Keto OS stuff? Anyone tries those? Good? Bad? Side effects? I have heart palpatations so I have to be careful about caffeine. Plus, just half cup of coffee (which I rarely ever drink) will give me a lot of cramps (in my feet, back, etc...). I mostly drink water; but I've been adding decaffeinated green tea, and liver detox tea to the mix these last 2 weeks.
