Got checked for thyroid and have a problem...Taking iodine and will start (according to doctor) see weight loss in about 3 months!!!! Energy has not picked up yet...
130.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
