That's a pleasing drop, the weight loss seems to be back on track.
My trainer took a waist measurement while I was at the gym and I've dropped 6cm off my waistline so far. Pleased about that, although I still have some way to go yet.
183.9 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
