This last week has been terrible I went back to drinking sodas and eating bread. So this week I have to get back on track. My goal is 20 lbs this week. and if I make 10 lbs I will be thrilled.
254.9 lb Lost so far: 12.3 lb.    Still to go: 104.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.7 lb a week
