Great perspective... Last Halloween the gym I belong to placed a 10 pound pumpkin out for display and lifting... what a perspective that was too... EVERY pound/Kg counts!!!

did I miss something? Did not see anything referring to an elephant heart. how much does an elephant's heart weigh? Been on this site for awhile now. been looking for a wayto comment . been reading your comments and have enjoyed them. Having trouble seeing at this distance, may need trifocals. Just got new glasses .

Well I have lost a bald eagle. Started really cutting down 1st of September. And was losing right at 5 pounds a month.
