i kept my calories really low yesterday but then succumbed in the evening and ate 3 choccy biscuits ...i suppose this is an improvement ..i didnt eat the whole packet
getting ready to go away to camp tommorrow ...not bought a cheese cake ...bought individual icream so that its lower in calories
taking my cheese spread and relish ..to replace butter/marge ,taking turkey rashers instead of bacon ....everything else stays the same ..i willl dance it off ....i hope i dont come home too much heavier mnmnmnm should i take my scales to weigh myself or is that over the top ?
224.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I find that when my calories are too low I get famished and grab anything I can, which usually amounts to something I shouldn't eat. Try to keep the calories up a bit during the day. You're better off not eating quite as much later in the day anyway. Good luck at camp!
