What a discouragement. I tried so hard this week and when I weighed myself I had a 3 pound gain. :(
194.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Did you eat a lot of salty foods? If so, this can cause extra water weight gain too. Also make sure you are measuring your portion sizes. Hope this helps and better next week. Keep your head up and don't give up. It's happened to all of us.

From looking at your diet entry, you have been teetering a lot. One week you eat poorly and the next good. It seems to be effecting your weight loss. Each week your body is playing catch up from the last. You might need to really dig your heals in and stay on plan. Give yourself a "nonfood" reward if you can stay on plan for 30 days. Also, watch the frozen/processed foods. They have a lot of sodium and many people are sensitive to it. Try to eat as many natural foods as possible. Get in your fruits, veggies, dairy and proteins.
