Starting over today. Has been more than 2 years since I was here. Got up to 212 (miserable) and lost 14 lbs on my own this past 12 months just by cutting out the baked goods, candy, & most sugar. Need to be more accountable now, get back on the horse and ride on.
Will also start my exercise program today. Walking, kettle bell, etc., something every day, so I'll be alternating what I do. Had been biking this summer, now have to move inside.
