Going to start the GM diet tomorrow. I feel my body could do with some fruit and vegetable after 34 days on the LCHF diet. Craving fruit. I am curious to see what happens with regards to weight loss. Just 7 days.

Did you not eat any vegetables on you LCHF diet? I do LCHF too and while I keep my carbs low, I do eat vegetables. Good luck!
