I climbed back up to 206 but probably from all the eating out and no exercise. I got my walking in by going to the grocery to buy some healthy foods. I started my eating healthy and staying active/exercise today. My goal is to be under 200 by the end of the month.
206.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 71.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Eating out is the worst! I never realized that until I joined this site and started counting calories! I got a chicken pot pie at Perkins many times, it's about 1200 calories - ONE meal! Then I'd get a big dessert after that yet! Now I try to stick with the "fit" options, but I hate salads so that doesn't leave too many choices. (my daughter was 196 at the beginning of June she is now 174. You can DO this!)

Maria, this isn't easy. Just put the blinders on and stay focused. 2 lbs per week is a good goal. I lost 100 lbs many years ago and it's still off. Just have to know the real key to weight loss. Try this. It works! www.austinidollive.com/booklet.htm.
