Can't seem to get under the 130s. I've been stuck between 134-138 for a while now, and it's frustrating. :( Been working out though. Eating healthy has been difficult these last few months.
TODAY'S WORKOUT: 1) "30 Day Shred" with 1lb. wrist weights, and 12lb. light weights.
