Feeling good about this drop! Focusing on staying on track over the weekend. Have a friend's birthday party Friday night and another party Saturday afternoon.

Feeling so strong at my workouts. Lifting heavier, doing more reps with things like burpees and pushups. Stronger than I've ever been, and it feels fantastic.

It's a slow journey, but so so worth it.

205.0 lb Lost so far: 45.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
