weight increase due to starchy foods and dairy. so i am limiting my dairy intake to coffee for a few days to see the immediate changes. also i am fining that days where i eat non starchy carbs i have better health and am more happy, and days with highy starchy food intake or any really makes me tiered.
239.2 lb Lost so far: 7.7 lb.    Still to go: 58.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
