Since last diet there have been no changes to my habits excpet now i have had more of a routine in the past 5 days, regular sleep times, study times and work times, though life does get in the way and I have to keep up with the schedule for my health. Most of my calorie intake is dairy (about 35 % I think) and 50% of my diet is carbohydrates. Bread and dairy need to go for my personal sense of well-being, since they make me sick.
242.1 lb Lost so far: 4.9 lb.    Still to go: 61.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
