Well, that was a surprise, haven't been recording weight for 3 weeks as it's just been the same, but the only thing I can atribute this loss is the fact of being good yesterday, and went to a party sat night, and although i was pretty sloshed, i did dance most of the night, and then suffered with my knee yesterday. Going zumba gold tonight , to see what it's all about, hopefully, i may actually like it.
