Hmm well it's been a little bit. I fell off the diet and exercise wagon for a bit and didn't want to put my weight gain on here. But I decided it was more important to track things properly than wowing about what a graph shows. So now I'm losing water weight from eating poorly but every little bit helps.
248.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
