I am back and going to try exercises again. I quit for a while. I didn't care anymore but I can't be like that anymore. I need to get back on track and loose this weight. I just need some help to say no to food I like.
300.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 171.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.3 lb a week
