3.1 miles walked, .7 with doggies. I'm really getting sick of this weather. Not the hot and humid part, although that's not much fun, but these stormy, or storm-threatening, days.
I'm setting up tomorrow's foods and exercise due to attending a conference tomorrow. It should be exciting, as it's about the initial planning for Operation Christmas Child, coming up in November. I need to get my exercise in early, plan my foods and take a snack along with me, as I'm expecting that I could get hungry before I get back home for dinner. If I eat the Atkins bar, it'll be my first in quite awhile, but I really don't expect any problems... I'll still sneak in just under 50 TOTAL carbs.
Trying to keep in mind that I need to drop one more pound by Monday to meet a personal goal.
