doing a lot of babysitting so not getting out as much and excersizing as usual routine ...perhaps i need to look at some new ideas ,i did go shopping this morning and bought some new veggies so i feel good .goals this month
continue to eat on smallerplate side salad twice a week soup once a week ( if i can ) replaice margarine and butter with soft cheese spread choose other options for snacks (instead of hard cheese based snacks )
this month eat smaller portions of bread...1 and half.... not 2 introduce more veggies...sweetcorn,carrots/swede puree and grated beetroot,cauliflower puree try grated cauli as a rice base
