starting the clock again. Down 10 lbs since I restarted but the weight tracker isn't showing loss yet because when I started before I weighed less than i do now, so its still showing a gain because it wasn't below the starting weight. Now it should.
289.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 72.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
