M is here for a few days, and we walked together after work. She walks slower than I do, so I never got into my target HR, but we had a good chat.
138.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I am glad you had a good chat with your loved one, it is good for the body and soul. A walk is a walk, so take it as a positive! My trainer doesn't worry that much about the target heart rate stuff... she said as long as you are moving it's all good! Of course moving faster will help you burn more cals, but in the end it all adds up. Right? :) Have a great day Congogirl!
