I gained more water weight. Goddammit.

I am now in the process of getting things changed up a bit. I am going to have to do something different, and I am doing that. Obviously I have NOT gained two kgs of fat the last two days. I have added 300 calories to my intake, and that would in theory give me just a little lesser of a weight loss(!) as I am still in a calorie deficit.

I am still looking into spiking, hopefully I can find a way to make that work for me.

Basically, I will have a weekly day where my calorie intake spikes, going MUCH higher than what I have allowed myself earlier. The point to this is to trick the body into realizing that there is NO shortage of food, and that there is not reason for it to hold on to my body fat. I firmly believe that is what is happening right now, and that I won't lose much more unless I do something about it

It will be done. It's BEING done. I will continue losing weight. I promise.

Hey, may be try changing your macros for a few days. may be keep carbs to under 100gm for 2-3 days to see if that helps as carb retain more water than anything else.

Hi Kingkeld, I have seen a couple of your diary entries, where you are talking about loosing body fat%. Is there a special formula / exercise routine you are doing to achieve this? My BF is really high... I am loosing the pounds, BUT it is the BF I really want to loose now, and it bloody well is taking FOREVER. I really hope you have a magic formula... :-). Although I am sure it's not as simple as that.

Hey guys, I'm sorry, there is no magic secret. I simply have counted calories, nothing else. I lost a huge percentage of fat simply because I did not lose weight (I suppose retained water), but still lost fat. This was done over a full month with no change in weight. I assume this is all that has changed the %. Sorry, I'd love to know the secret too. :)
