If you need ideas for dinner I got some right here! Only try to avoid Monday night. I got sick when we went out for dinner. It's better to cook at home.

The Southwest Pasta sounds SOO good -- are you using canned corn and if so, draining it first?

Oh I forgot to say that...yes if you are using canned corn then drain it, if you use frozen corn then thaw it first.

Thanks! I'm making it tomorrow . . . I went ahead and just bought a couple of ears of corn as it was on sale and figured fresh would be better/healthier anyway!
