Joined a gym, trying kickboxing, "boot camp", spinning, and using the treadmill and elliptical. Hoping I will stay on track. Lots of stress eating and depression keeping me from being active. But, I am hoping that is in the past. Moving forward!
132.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.1 lb a week
