Finally broke below 180. This is going a little slower than I would have liked, but I guess I can't argue with the direction of the line on the graph. Two contemplated changes - I guess I need a little scale to weigh the quantities of protein for my "lean & green" meal -- AND a little more exercise is probably warranted. Been doing 30 mins. mild walking per day. Need to add some strength exercise and a little more speed to my walk.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

You've lost 9 pounds in 9 days, that's pretty darn fast. I am lucky to lose 2 pounds a month. You are doing great. You don't want to lose too fast, because you can end up with loose skin. Losing more slowly allows for the elasticity of your skin to go back the way it was.
