Sooooo pissed at myself!!! I ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS screw up on the weekends. 5lb weight gain! SMDH Feeling angry...and discouraged. But I'll *try* to motivate myself enough to workout. *TRY* :( :( :(
134.5 lb Lost so far: 25.5 lb.    Still to go: 16.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 12.8 lb a week

I understand. The weekends are tuff for me as well. But, Monday is the beginning of a new week. So, try to learn from your mistakes and press on. You can do this.

This is a new start. You can get the weekends under control, I know you can. It takes a lot of determination, and you'll find it. Have faith in yourself!
