Weight has been stagnating at 140 and the next two weeks, with lots of travel, will be a real challange. My goal is to reach 135 by the end of the month. Perhaps not realistic at this point, but need to give it my best shot.
140.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
