okay, day 3 of walking, my legs are feeling it, but still it feels good, i'm working my butt off this week. you know that TOM is visiting and i'm really trying hard to have the weight gain under better control before weigh in. i know i've gained(according to my scale, and due to the day of bingeing) i'm just hoping that the walking and sticking strictly to my diet keeps me at a mininmal gain at WW. i get sick and tired of having 2 good weeks and then 2 weeks that i just want to avoid the scale altogether. tried a new recipe for breakfast this morning, got it from "cook yourself thin", if you like stuffed french toast you'll love it. i used egg beaters-1/2c.,1/2 tsp. cinnamon,2 tbsp. skim milk and 1 tsp. honey, mix together, and dip low cal. whole wheat bread(without crusts)into mix and press into muffin pan(makes 4,serves 2) then bake at 375 for about 12 min. or until a little crisp. then use fat free ricotta cheese, divide into equal amts. into each cup,top with berries(i used strawberries)and then drizzle low cal. syrup over top. OMG! it was so good and you can eat 2 of them and they really fill you up. okay all my FS buddies wish me luck for saturdays weigh in....i can take a gain, i just don't want it to be alot.
