You CAN do this! :) Try to take it one decision at a time, rather then one day at a time. :) And please don't beat yourself up about making poor choices.. :( I have a friend who lost a bunch of weight a few years ago, but she was so hard on herself when she slipped. Now she's kept the weight off, but she has a load of issues with food and how she sees herself. :( I am determined to lose this extra weight I am carrying, but I want to do it in a healthy way, keeping a positive attitude and a healthy relationship with food. Yea for mental health! :) You CAN persevere, and make it through. :)
