how did I gain weight? I was so good yesterday
206.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 41.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You may be eating too little - it tends to work best when you eat real food with a sprinkling of veggies. Also try drinking 64 ounces of water every day. Good Luck!
