My diet couldn't be more healthy. I am strictly monitoring calories, sodium and fat. I don't eat processed foods 99% of the time. I walked 90 minutes every other day and did 45 mintutes of yoga on the alternate days and only dropped .1 kg. It is discouraging. I thought you were supposed to lose rapidly when you first start dieting! Oh, and before you low careers mention it, my carbs are 90% from veggies and a little fruit. I eat two servings of whole grains also.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 46.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
