Ugh! Potentially a minor setback last night (unintentioned) . . . I play team trivia ~1x/month with a group at a local (i.e., independent -- therefore no nutrition info) bar and grill. I used to always order their bleu cheese burger with fries, and although they have salads and fish entrees available, I opted for a spinach quesadilla (with spinach tortilla, spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms and WAY too much cheese) instead, thinking that was relatively 'healthy'. Ate the WHOLE thing, when I should have stopped when I was full and taken the rest home or given it away. Felt overstuffed last night and 'gross' this AM -- lesson learned! On the bright side, our group took 2nd place! ($20 house cash to spend at our next visit)
