haven't been journaling. Been a bit depressed, even though I met goal weight. Now I'm in the middle of a kitchen remodle and there is no control over food since I don't have a kitchen and come home from work to "exercise" by scraping the popcorn texture off my ceiling. Fun fun. Going on vacation soon. Hopefully that will be better. I'm up 2 pounds over goal weight. Need to lose some soon!
