Ate some fried chicken wings today... I don't feel too great about that. No, in fact, I feel shitty about that. Weigh in tomorrow but I'm not expecting much. Day 3 of Jillian's 30 Day Shred - really pushed myself today though I did not feel like working out.
I REALLY want to achieve my goal of being 130 pounds or under by September 5th. I'm starting to worry that I won't get there in time to look fabulous for school.

okay tomorrow starts August,keep to your healthy eating everyday,mark each day off on the calendar as your commitment to yourself,you can lose the seven pounds in 30 days,two pounds a week, eat your veggies girl and drink the water { like strict induction} and the weight will roll off.Besides,I think your friends at scholl when it srarts will notice anyway what a great job you're doing getting healthy!! love you!
