I am so incredibly frustrated. I am 100% on plan and GAINING weight! I do not know what to do. This WOE just must not work for me. I cannot even describe how I feel right now other than to say that I am so disappointed and discouraged.

Have you tried keeping track of your calories while doing Atkins. Some people do overeat and take in too many calories. You can try it for a week and see what happens. Maybe keep it at 1500 a day for a week and see if you lose. Are you staying hydrated? Are you exercising? Are you losing fat? (clothes more loose). If your clothes are getting more loose than it's working. But if you are not happy than there are many other plans out there that might work better for you. Do some research! Don't give up!
