Lastnight indulged myself. Ate more then usual, fried rice with peas, corn and asian sausage, rice noodle with pork, chicken wings, egg roll wid meat and veggies and drank liqour and beer. BUT, food was home made so it should be way lesser calories then at a reasurant. Calories should well be under 1800 !
