Went off to music camp for the weekend. It was great being totally unplugged from the cell phone, internet, and everything. All-natural school camp, the dining hall food was 80% stuff grown right on the ranch property. Mostly veggies, but there was always a dessert I wanted. On the way to/from, I mostly stopped by Subway and got their chicken on flatbread, one of the lower calorie entrees. Avoided their cookies and of course, no soda.

Still, it was a very sedentary weekend. We all sat in front of a piano, listened/interacted with the leader, then practiced what we had just learned. I suppose drummers get a real workout, but you don't work up much sweat playing piano.

So, I wasn't sure if I'd be up or down when I came home. I was down. Yay.
178.5 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 23.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
