Yesterday was a great day, although I felt bloated most of the day and sore most of the day from weight lifting, not complaining just noting my mood. No dizziness during my work out. I stayed within my calorie range. I have plans to go out and eat with my husband to day for lunch...I really want to eat what ever I want within reason of course...particularly I want to eat a roll and I want to eat a peice of apple pie with vanilla ice cream...maybe thats all I'll eat for lunch! We will see!

Yesterday's workout
Elliptical - 5 min
Treadmill - 10 min 3.0 speed at 10 incline with 3 lb free weights
3 sets of 25 with lower leg weights - 25 lbs.
3 sets of 20 partial pull ups
4 sets of 20 bench press 30 lbs.
3 sets of 20 upper arm weights 25 lbs.
3 sets of 15 crunches on the roman chair
3 sets of 50 calf pumps

Body Fat% - 25.8
Muscle Mass% - 41.0
Body Water% - 56.4
Bone Mass - 4.8 lbs.
138.4 lb Lost so far: 14.1 lb.    Still to go: 8.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi again, my weight gain is because ive been eating way way too much!! all sorts, totally my fault and im sort of chilling out for a few days. As soon as i start exercising it will come off again i hope. You are doing so fab on your diet well done you!! just looking at your chart its such a massive achievment xxxxx
