I found a wonderful and tasty meal for breakfast or lunch. 1 egg on whole wheat toast, and two tbsp of guacamole spread.

I eat eggs and avocado together often. good fat and protein - power breakfast!

And it keeps me full longer with 1 slice of whole wheat bread.

How do you prepare the egg?

I just use a little margarine (Becel olive oil) and fry it over-easy. No margarine on the bread though. I suppose hard boiled and sliced would be good too. I should try it that way next time.
