Here I am - AGAIN!

There is a quote that I love - "Success consists of getting up once more than you fall down ~ Unknown". So true. This has been the case in many areas of my life. It has not been an easy journey to obtain the meaningful things in my life, so why expect it to be the case when it comes to my food/weight challenges.

Today, I am here. I am looking for a different way of living - to actually live. I want to be free. Today, I am telling myself that it doesn't matter how many other times I have written down my food, improved my eating, lost weight, become willing to change - what matters is that I am here today.
