I was really hoping to see a drop when I jumped on the scale this morning. Nope. :( A bit disappointed, but what can ya do? My lack of energy has been a constant companion these last couple of days. Not sure what it is... I've even had trouble getting myself up in the morning. How much B12 can someone take without it being bad? I had heard that B12 was good for people with a lack of energy. Any other suggestions? Not sure what my body's deal is.... Grrrr

**TODAY'S WORKOUT**
1) "30 Day Shred"
129.5 lb Lost so far: 30.5 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You might be low on Iron. Try some iron vitamins and see if that helps! Good luck!

try taking some before/after measurements too! i know sometimes when i don't lose on the scale, my measurements have changed (smaller waist, etc) or i've built muscle and lost fat. hang in there! also what's your sleep schedule like? not keeping it consistent, too much, or too little sleep can definitely hurt you.
