Really struggling with my eating habits. After losing way beyond my old goal weight of 127 (or was it 129?) down to 120.5, I'm committing to a new goal for maintenance, 123. That's what I weigh this morning. No wiggle room. I have to maintain my exercise routine, which has been great; I love it. But I also have to really really work on eating proper, nutritious, filling meals - and cut out the junk.
