went to the gym this morning making it the second time this week...certainly not enough to meet my goals none the less its a step in the right direction. But psychologically I have soon as I got home I stepped on the scales expecting some kinda miracle....there hadnt been one - still at my all time high...but I sure I can shift it just need to perservere - thinking about enlisting the help of a personal trainer they dont come cheap though dont know what to do!

I feel like I wrote this LOL! I am really having trouble getting motivated to get my butt in the gym. I intend to go and I want to go, but actually, physically getting there is the problem. I wish I could afford a trainer! I did much better when I had someone going with me. Do you have anyone that will go with you? Sometimes it helps to have someone (free) pushing you! :) Just keep focused. You'll get back down!
