This has been really a bad couple days, I don't see it getting better either. Dealing with my marriage might be ending and I don't know how to stop it. Not focusing on exercising which is really not news at all.

Hey, I've been there, lost the marriage but kicked the food habit and lost weight and it's amazing when you feel good how good things are attracted to you like a magnet. Wallowing in pity and feeling sorry for yourself bring a multitude of problems with them. Seems like your high on the fat side for food, butter and syrup...? How about Kashsi cereal and almond milk with blueberries to get the day started and tell your body, hey... I'm going to take care of you, and you can take care of me and together we can do whatever we put our minds to today?

So I am high on the fat was wondering what I need to do to change. I was only focusing on the calories not the fat.
